Wire EDM Consumables DX-1 Working Fluid for wire EDM Machine
DX-1 working fluid is an ideal working fluid for CNC wire cutting
machine tools , can also be used for grinding honing, the effect is
very good. This product has good washing, cooling and lubricating
effect, but also has arc extinguishing, rust removal, ionization
,dielectric strength , prevent the broken wire and other special
features . It can not only improve the polishing degree of the
workpiece and obviously improve the wire cutting efficiency, but
also prolong the service life of the machine tool . The products
are used in machine tool steel, alloy steel, nonferrous metal
quality standard.
Usage :
- The working fluid is non-toxic and easy to use, the concentration
is usually 1:10-12 . Pour the emulsion before use ,then slowly add
ordinary running water and stir as mix to use (do not use water,
hard water etc.). If the temperatures is lower , it can be stirred
by 10-15 degrees of warm water and add some ordinary running water
.
- This product is used in grinding machines, and the use method is
same as cutting machine tools , the concentration is 1:20 to 1:25 .
Note :
1. Clean the emulsion tank and equipment piping before use ,do not
mix with impurity waste liquid and to prevent early deterioration .
2. It must be in a sealed container and placed in a cool and dry
place , can not exposure, rain, finished barrel ,the lid should be
tight at any moment ,to prevent the evaporation of ethanol in
emulsion, affecting the quality of emulsion .
3.The emulsion container should be specially used and must not be
mixed with other oils .
